Better late than never, the boys are back to break down the latest match in this first winning streak of the season.
Ups and Downs returns, but Ups are still on probation.
Formation forum, Leo talk, and the future of Karim Coulibaly are also on tap before turning our attention to the Frauen to discuss a crucial cruciate injury, the departure of a long time Frauen stalwart, and what it means for Clem's inbox.
And pyrotechnic talk gets pushed back again.
The Wrap is here, just in time for the weekend.

The long road to another 3 points is finally over as Werder put some distance between themselves and last place Heidenheim.
Christian is back from Mexico and Jim is sitting shiva as we dive into what the first win since November 7 means for the relegation struggle. The boys discuss the match, including formation forum, the return of Yuki, the Infamous Youth, and whether Daniel Thioune is secretly running a management masterclass.
Then they look forward to Sunday's match in Berlin at the Old Forester's Hut, as well as discussing a new Under 21 league, Patrice Covic playing for the Under 23s, and Leo. Again with Leo.
Frauen news, a Happy Birthday to Horst, and more on this week's edition of The Wrap.

Just when you thought things might get better, Mio makes a mistake, Mbangula still isn't a defender, and Bremen are squarely in an automatic Abstieg position.
After tense negotiations, Christian has been given the green light to record from Mexico. We check in with him, discuss some nuggets from the match, and then dig deeper into two front office moves from the week that was.
Is relegation definitely happening? Can soup dumplings pick up where pancakes leave off? Will any of the New Jalisco boys become Bremen fans?
Reckelss speculation and honest despair rule the roost (skypoint, Little Marv) on this weeks edition of the Wrap.

Tuesday Feb 17, 2026
The bullies from Bavaria put 3 past Bremen and the Green-Whites failed to score for the 7th time in their previous 9 matches as the winless streak for the club Clem built hits 12.
The guys discuss what they saw in the match, what they thought of the lineup changes, and whether they are more optimistic about the future.
Next they take a look at fan reaction from around the internet and at the stadium.
Finally, they look forward to the next crucial stretch of games against fellow relegation candidates.
A kicktipp update, belated attribution for the hottest Werder management meme, and other random nonsense round out this week's edition of the Wrap.

Not even a man advantage for most of the second half could prevent Matchday 21 from ending with more of the same for the Green-Whites. New Cheftrainer Daniel Thioune begins his tenure on the Weser with a 0-1 defeat at the hands of Freiburg.
Is there any point in Ups and Downs when the Ups are so few and far between?
The guys turn their attention to looking forward and trying to think about positive action. What changes might we see now that Thioune has a full week to prepare his squad for his home debut versus Munich at the weekend? How can the fans register their displeasure and do what they can to effect change while also continuing to show unconditional love? Relegation would be bad, right?
Finally, Herbertus Hess-Grunewald took some time off from his evening walk to visit Radio Bremen and defend squad management. The boys discuss whether he helped or hurt. Spoiler alert: it didn't help.
Christian is playing hurt, but he still brings the heat on the latest edition of the Wrap.

The Horst Steffen Era is over after barely more than half a season.
The guys get all up in their feelings as they mourn the loss of perhaps Germany's most handsome manager. They ask whether the adverse employment actions should progress further up the management chain.
A banner on Saturday and a petition with over 3000 signatures are both evidence supporters in Bremen aren't letting Clemens Fritz off the hook so easily.
The search for a new manager begins with an interim partnership, and a couple of Danes named Bo on the shortlist.
Jim can't keep Canada's interior provinces straight. Christian compares a former HSV manager to a serial killer or two. And are 3D printed limbs the secret to competing with AI?
All that and some Transfer Deadline Day news on this mournful edition of the Wrap.

7 matches without a win and the frustration mounts among Werder Bremen enthusiasts.
Jim and Christian discuss what they liked about the match, and agree it doesn't matter if the goals don't come.
Where is this team and how did they get here? Can you really call something a crisis when you just need to be 3 points better than Mainz for the next 15 matches?
Jim and Christian give Horst the dreaded vote of confidence and Christian makes the case the fish rots from a higher up than Horst. Jim goes into a fugue state and compares Bremen's tradition to the Bears.
Will Tante Ingrid interrupt and meet Tante Christian in the process? Is 40 centimeters a lot in American?
All that and a little transfer news at the end on this weeks edition of the Wrap.

Endlich sind wir da!
A star-studded round table, including King Iain, Christian, and the podcast return of Gene Parmesan to discuss what we loved and didn't love about the first half, and a look ahead to our expectations for the second half.
Plus, kicktipp results, a midori based cocktail, and some on-brand nonsense.
It's finally out, Gott sei dank!
Enjoy!

Bremen visit the house that giant matchsticks built on the last stop of the bus from the center of Augsburg and leave with a scoreless draw. No one is happy, but it's a start.
After the last game before the premature Winterpause, Jim and Christian discuss the match, what it tells them about Horst, and what it means going into the break. Should football managers shop where the teens shop, or will people talk? Are fake Roman touches at a stadium built during the lifetime of Romano Schmid intimidating, inspiring, or just lame? And why was Romano spoiling for a fight?
Christian is back where it all began, in a twin bed, with a dial-up connection, and Jim isn't sure what day it is, but he has figured out the difference between Joe Scally and Walker Zimmerman. Shouts to Yuki for not taking any shit, and to Covic for being ready when callled on.
Plus, an announcement about the Midseason Spectacular, all on this weeks Wrap.
